The 48th Commencement Exercises of the Tri-Colleges (COM, CON, & COPT) was held last 26 April 2009 at the Plenary Hall of the PICC.
The Guest Speaker was the Hon. Emmanuel Y. Angeles, PhD. We would like to Commend the CHED Secretary for this speech, which highlighted the role of Primary Health Care.
